Do the 60 second check.

  1. 1

Google your trade and your town.

Look at the map first, then the list under it.

  2. 2

Ask ChatGPT or Gemini the same thing.

“Who should I call for [your trade] in [your town]?”

  3. 3

    Is it you?

If not, the rest of this page is why, and what to do about it.

Where people ask. Your Business Profile is what they see first. Your site is what they see next.

Hyper local pages.
Written and published for you.

Google's rule is simple: a page about your town has to be about your town. Generic pages with the city name swapped in get ignored or worse. So we write the real thing.

ProBids profile · free

Your page on ProBids.

Your name, your trade, your town, your phone and a link to your site, on a page of its own. One zip code and one service to start. One more profile for Google and the AI engines to read.

A real profile page

ProBids website

The SEO and AEO website.

One page for each thing you do in each town you work. “Water softener installation in Stockton,” not “our services.” And answer pages for the questions people actually type: how much, how long, is it worth it here.

A client service and town page

ProBids blog

Articles about your work in your towns.

Written and published to your site for you, on a schedule. Real services, real towns, not generic articles.

A published article

Every page carries your name, your town, your photos and your link. That is what “hyper local” means.

The five things that decide who gets the call.

Three of them we do for you. Two you do. We show you how, free, on the 29th.

  1. 1

A page for every service in every town.

    Real pages, not copies.

    We do

  2. 2

Your business profiles, complete and answered.

Google first, then Yelp, ProBids and the rest. Categories, hours, photos, every review answered.

    You doWe show you

  3. 3

    Real local work, shown.

Before and after photos, the job, the town, and reviews that name both. Not generic articles.

    You doWe show you

  4. 4

    Pages that answer real questions.

Cost, time, “is it worth it here.”

    We do

  5. 5

A site that loads fast and is built right.

Titles, structure, sitemap, schema. Boring and required.

    We do

What breaks,
and what we do about it.

Nine industries, each one losing work for its own reason. Knowing which reason is the difference between a marketing plan and a guess.

HVAC contractor at work 01

HVAC

Sixty calls a day in July, near silence in October, and your ad costs peak exactly when everyone else is bidding.

What we run Separate pages for repair and replacement, and content that keeps the off-season warm.

Plumbing contractor at work 02

Plumbing

Most of the work is emergencies, and an emergency does not wait two minutes for a callback.

What we run After-hours intake that answers in seconds and books straight into your calendar.

Roofing contractor at work 03

Roofing

A roof is a fifteen thousand dollar decision, and the family argues about it for three weeks.

What we run Follow-up that stays present for the whole decision without sounding like a telemarketer.

Electrical contractor at work 04

Electrical

You bid against the unlicensed guy charging half, and your license shows up nowhere in the results.

What we run License, bonding and insurance made visible before anyone clicks.

Landscaping contractor at work 05

Landscaping

You sell year-round contracts, but your website sells a single mow, so that is how you get priced.

What we run Pages and offers built around annual agreements instead of one-off jobs.

Remodeling contractor at work 06

Remodeling

Your best salesperson is a before-and-after photo sitting on a foreman's phone.

What we run Job-site photos turned into the pages and posts that close the next bid.

Real estate contractor at work 07

Real estate

Every agent in the county posts the same listing photos, and buyers scroll past all of them.

What we run Listing pages and local content that make you the name they already know.

Windows contractor at work 08

Windows

People search the problem, not the product. “Drafty windows” in your town is the page they find.

What we run A page for each window job in each town, with the questions people ask answered before they call.

Painting contractor at work 09

Painting

Photos win. A page with the before and after beats any brochure.

What we run Service and town pages for interior and exterior, with your photos on them.

Questions we get
on the first call

Technician working on a residential electrical panel
How much does it cost?

The profile is free. The website and the blog are priced for your towns and your services. Send the form and you get the number in writing within two business days.

How long before I see more calls?

Nobody honest gives you a date, and Google says so itself. Pages get indexed in days. Ranking for them takes months and depends on your reviews and your competition. What you can check on day one is that the pages exist, with your name on them.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Everything is month to month. If we stop earning it, you leave without calling a lawyer.

Who owns the website?

You do. The site, the domain, the Business Profile and the customer list are all in your name. If you leave, they leave with you.

How do you actually use AI?

It drafts. We give it your services, your towns, your photos and what you tell us about the job. It writes the first version. A person reads it before it goes live. It never invents a price, a customer or a result.

Will this get me to #1?

Nobody can promise that, and Google says so. What we can promise: real pages about your work in your towns, published for you, and the five practices that decide the rest. Ask us what is realistic for your trade and your town.
